「This place and staff are great. The rooms could use a shelf with hangers and/or hooks, towel ring/bar for hand towels and towel bars in the tub room - little conveniences that go a long way. All, in all, nice, clean and comfortable.」

「There were issues with the plumbing with the toilet and the sink. Their little grocery store was very expensive. The staff was very nice however and the room was clean.」

「They took the reservations only to get their and not a soul around. The place was closed and strangley the office was unlocked. They should have never taken the reservations if that was the case」

「No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the...
