「This little cabin is so quaint and also quite close to town. It was a little closer to than the road than I thought, but the road noise was minimal. It was super helpful to have a fan in the bedroom and the breezes you get with the windows open is lovely. The bed was quite comfortable. 「It was ok. The internet wouldn't work half the time, they also charge you 400 for a property fee for no reason and we left the house in emaculant shape before we left so i didn't see the point in a $400 property fee. 」

「Great view, clean cabin. It was fully stock and nice beds. I would book it again.」

「This home is perfectly located between RMNP & downtown Estes Park. The hot tub hit the spot after the long days, not to mention the views and wildlife roamed the neighborhood daily which was awesome. 」

「room clean lights left on for arrival, extra linens, view was nice 」

「Great large place!!! 」

「Grand Lake and area is beautiful and a wonderful location for a vacation. The home has a fantastic view of Granby Lake and miles of scenery. The home is large with a large kitchen. The elevated balconies are fantastic. Parking is somewhat of a hassle and has a steep grade with loose and unsteady rock. For our stay, the back door screen door was in horrible disrepair and it made it difficult to access the back deck. Overall, my opinion is that the views and location outweigh the negatives.」
