We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. "Una experiencia horrible. No nos daban habitación porque no encontraban la reservada, después tuvimos que ir a otro hotel a que nos dieran la llave. Cuando llegamos a la habitación olía a tuberías y cerrado, tuvimos que abrir la ventana un buen rato. Todo estaba sucio (salvo las sábanas, aparentemente). La sala común estaba destrozada y realmente sucia. En el baño, el secador estaba completamente roto, un microondas sucio... Un desastre por el precio de la habitación en un puente. "

"A lovely hotel situated in the mountains. Great views. Beds very comfortable, and good amenities. Pool and area around it are great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was of good quality and well priced. Only one small negative is that the room air conditioner was a little bit loud on automatic and you couldn’t switch to manual. I will definitely return however as it’s super relaxing "
