직원 대응은 "I don't know"뿐.

「A great find, central, clean and wonderful staff 」

「goof location, clean hotel 」

「Superb service by the staff, across the board. They are eager to help. Food in the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious. Hot water in the shower takes awhile, but it comes. A really good stay.」

「Very nice spot! 」

「Staff is very polite.」

「New hotel. Much better than other business type hotels. Staffs are very hospitable」

「The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork. ‘Disappointing’ does not even come close.」

「Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. Other people we talked to at breakfast were having the same problems. Go somewhere else.」
