The staff - especially at the reception and the restaurant -was welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel is well located with an astonishing view on the Sapanca lake. However, there is no life in the hotel and around after 9pm. The rooms are clean, but have only basic amenities that lack maintenance.

Beware of Executive Room Description

My friends and I decided to pay a little extra for the executive room because of its description of an 'outdoor private spa tub.' There is no 'outdoor private spa tub'--at least in the room that we stayed in. We were happy with everything else concerning our stay at Motali Life but extremely disappointed in this false advertisement.

mükemmel otel :)

Motali her şeyiyle kesinlikle mükemmeldi tek kelimeyle.
