I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. In the future I will check the room before check in and that what I did today in Spence. The front disk lady was very nice and good pleased her otherwise I will never go again, nor recommend this hotel to anyone

My stay with family was not goog. I booked my room for my family and paid the money. Receptionist told me that one extra bed will be arranged in your room but didn't arrange. I paid the extra money for the extra bed for my child.

vallaiş icabı çok otel deneyimlerim, içlerinde kesin en iyisi buydu benim için 7 yıldızlı otelden iyiydi. Koku filan yoktu, temizdi ve balkon manzarası herseye degerdi. sık sık kalacağım yer kesin. Kötü bir otel bu paraya başka bir yere gidin

Hiç de az olmayan bir ücret ödeyerek ekonomi odasını seçtik. Ancak hiç mi hiç hoş olmayan bir odada, kliması bozuk bir yerde konakladık. Banyo çok eski ve kötüydü. Odada yatak dışında bir şey yoktu ve aşırı küçük havasız bir yerdi. Kahvaltıya ise şaşkınlığımı hala gizleyemiyorum. Hamur işleri bayat ve lezzetsiz olmasının yanısıra kötü görünümlüydü. Peynirler en köyü kaliteden seçilmiş, sebzeler ise bir iki gün önce doğranıp beklemişti. Çok kötüydü.

Odada sigara ve parfum karisimi agir bi koku vardi. Resmen odaya sinmiş butun gece cam acik yattik kapattigimiz an havasiz kaldik kokudan. Aralik ayinda odada sivri sinekler vardi enteresan sekilde. Banyo desen tavanlari sapsari ve kokuyordu. Havuzu kullanamadık çünkü saat sekizde kapaniyormus. Kahvaltisi iyiydi. Bize gore kaldigimiz diger bes yildizli otellere kiyasla vasatti. Bir daha tercih etmeyiz.

Otel çok bakımsız sadece girişte hoş karşılama var. Merkezi ısıtma var diyorlar soğuk üflüyor. Klima kumandasını bile zorla aldım resmen onuda vermiyorlar. Odaya bardak dahi koymamışlar. Banyo pis. Tuvalet kağıdı bile yarımdı. 1 adet el sabunu koymuşlar. Başka hiç birşey yok vasat.

İlandaki yataklar yerine tek kişilik yataklı oda sağladılar. Sorumlu değillermiş gibi yaklaşım sergilediler. Otelin için lağım kokuyordu. Odalar sigara kokuyordu, yerler saç doluydu. Odada balkon olmadığı halde kül tablası bulunuyordu!
