「I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. 「Clean and nice restaurant; out of date rooms 」

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain.」

「Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus). Food: Breakfast was various options for the food and drink. The food was delicious for us! Staff: The staff was nice and helpful.」

「I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice....

「5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area.」
