Good position & friendly staff

The furnitures are quite old but overall condition is good, the breakfast was good, and the position is strategic. The staff is friendly some of them should improve a little bit the English.

I stayed one night, and my room is a suite. Bathroom is huge, living and bedroom are comfortable. Very clean, staffs are friendly, good breakfast. But the traffic from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm is terrible for self driving.

Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden, Frühstück ist sehr gut, Zimmerwechsel war schnell organisiert. Umgebung ist halt etwas verkehrsreicher, da mittendrin. Aber wir möchten das auch so, sehr zentral. War jetzt das 4. mal dort. Letztes Jahr einmal ein anderes Hotel, welches auch schön war, aber uns gefällt dieses besser. Nähe zum Kulturpark. Parkservice ist vorhanden, problemlos. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Man hat seine Ruhe und wenn man etwas braucht, sind sie da. Geputzt wir emsig jeden Tag, wie man es möchte, ich muss nicht täglich die Betten bezogen haben. Essen kann man auch auf das Zimmer bestellen, find ich gut, wenn man erschöpft ist vom rumlaufen. Einzig die Zimmer nach hinten war das Internet und Fernsehprogramm nicht gut. Hab dann Netflix geschaut, aber Internet hat immer Aussetzer und deutsche Programme gar nicht, wenn man 10 Tage dort ist, ist man nicht immer von morgens bis spät Abend unterwegs, das war schon etwas nervig, aber ich würde trotzdem wieder dieses Hotel wählen, weil es uns dort gefällt auch die Umgebung.

Daha ilk girişte odaya çıktık klozet arızalı daha sonra duş aldım kurutma makinesi çalışmıyor ertesi sabahından saat 16:00 ya kadar oda temizliği için personeli koridorda yakalayıp neredeyse zorla yaptırdım (ironi) sabah kahvaltısında personel sanki lokmamı sayıyor hissettim odadaki halılar kirliydi,havlular çok kalitesiz ve tüy bırakıyordu şu ana dek kaldığım en kötü ramadaydi

İzmir de tercih edilecek otel

İnternette otel fotoğrafları genellikle çok güzel görünür. Otele varınca hayal kırıklığı olur. Bu otelde tam tersi oldu. Oda ve otel fotoğraflardan daha mükemmel idi. Otel uluslararası bir işletme özelliğini hissettiriyor. Kendinin park edebileceği ve ücretsiz park alanı ise benim için önemli idi. Valeye arabamı vermekten nefret ediyorum. Bu konuda özellikle teşekkür ederim. Hem de parka asansörle inöeniz gerektiği halde sizi zorlamiyorlar. Yenekleri, tatlıları ve kahvaltısı çok iyi idi.

Mir hat es wieder gut gefallen, wenn man jeden Tag das Zimmer gesäubert haben möchte, dann ist das auch möglich. Reinigungskraft sehr nett und machen ihren Job gut. Teppichboden nicht so meins, aber gut, ist nunmal so. Mietwagen parken war super, war auch nichts dran. Hotel an stark befahrener Straße etwas laut, aber einfach Fenster zu machen. Die Waschtische und der Wasserhahn sind eine Katastrophe, aber dies wird wohl jetzt alles neu gemacht, da wohl einige Gäste nicht zufrieden waren. Personal freundlich. Essen / Frühstück schmeckt. Man kann auch Abend aufs Zimmer bestellen, kein Problem. Auswahl ist ok. Angenehmes Hotel. War das 2. mal da. Mir gefällt es. Werde auch wieder buchen. Zur Einkaufsstraße muss man etwas laufen, aber durch den Kulturpark wunderbar. Es ist alles fussläufig gut erreichbar und überall Metrostationen. Wunderbare Stadt. Und was toll war: keine Säuberungsaktionen von Katzen und Hunden ❤️alles wie immer.
