Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was eventually resolved. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. While the language barrier posed some challenges, I was still able to achieve most of what I needed. The hotel is well-located, close to the city centre, and provided a comfortable base for my visit.

We stayed one night. Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. Very nice stay. Valet parking when we arrived. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lobby is comfortable. One room was smoky so we opened windows while we were out and it seemed to air out nicely. We had beautiful corner rooms with lots of windows. Beds were comfortable but with only a thin scratchy blanket and no top sheet. We are used to having more blankets. The room was a good temperature even tho outside was a little cool. We walked to Smyrna Agora about 20 minute easy and interesting walk. Google maps did a bad job of taking us the long way around. We ate supper at Ramada Hotel about a block away from NK hotel. Breakfast room and food was great.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff and a comfy bed. Location was great for us as we didn't have to go far the following morning to attend our appointment. Breakfast area in the morning was very pleasant and a good choice of foods to eat. Basic carparking available just outside the hotel and the area was covered by security cameras.

Great hotel for seeing Izmir

Great hotel in a good location, a short walk to the metro. You can get to everywhere of interest in Izmir easily. Room was perfect, very spacious, clean and had every feature you would want in a hotel.

The location is good, easy to grab Ubers. Our room was hot and the A/C did not work properly. With temps of 100 degrees, our room was unbearable. We called the front desk, they said they control it but couldn’t get it to work and gave us no other solutions. Internet is spotty at best - if you can even connect.

In the rooms there is still carpeting which smelled slightly of smoke, the curtains are shorter than the width of the windows and therefore did not darken enough. Instead of the classic top sheet, the Turks use blankets which are smaller in size than the mattresses so they do not cover enough. the staff was very kind and helpful. Let's say that price quality (90 euros per night for a triple room) is acceptable.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable.

A totally last minute stay as part of a trip travelling through western turkey. The NK did not dissapoint. We were met by 2 helpful staff members, one of which parked our car for us. The other checked us in so that within a few minutes we were happily in our lovely suite. 2 bedrooms and a living area. One absolutely giant super king bed the other a king bed. A huge bathroom with a private sauna (we didn’t use it though). All sparkly clean, nicely decorated & very comfortable. It was late to we just went to bed. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast before leaving to our next destination - therefore I cannot say anything about the area other than it looked bustling and very nice.

Not bad

Not bad. However the place likes to have way too much control over things than I would like. Such as room temperature that needs to be phoned with the front desk to change, tv volume fixed, car keys stays ar reception, not allowing more than one key - which leads to issues. But clean and safe.

The best hotel for everyone the manager is so supportive the chef Ismail is the best man treated me like his son and Ege is a very good guy that speaks English will help you with everything you need I highly recommend this hotel I had an amazing stay

Missing Item

At next hotel we went we found out that we are missing a mobile Phone charger, There are 2 posibilities 1- We left it behind, in which case they could have informed us as they had our phone number, 2- Some one took it from our room.
