Turkish hospitality

It good hotel and amazing location. Rooms are not so modern, but clean and equiped for all traveler is need. This is family hotel, so it means that you I had a really warm Turkish hospitality!!!

I went as a solo traveller, the room was perfect for me. It was very clean, air con worked great. I was super comfortable in the room, i had 2 visits 1 3 night stay and 1 1 night stay. The staff were lovely and made time to talk to me. The only small issue i had was the shower wasnt attached to the wall so i had to hold the shower head to shower but ut wasnt a major issue, the warer was powerful and hot. There is coffee and kettle and a fridge to use. They provide water bottles and soft drinks were left outside my room. There is a coffee shop right outside the front door and open early and its cheap and nice. The main shopping street and all the bars are less than 2 minute walk. I woukd highly recommend and would come back again and again! Thank you everyone at In Vivo hotel.

The owner and his wife are very lovely people. They run this hotel privately. Do not expect a Marriot or Sheraton 5* hotel for this price range, that would not be fair. This is a privately owned budget hotel and I think they offer really great value for that price; a safe place with a clean bed and a clean bathroom to take a shower. Bedsheets and towels new & clean. I took this hotel as an emergency hotel in the middle of the night and I was very satisfied. The owner understood my situation directly and was very helpful. They even made me a little Turkish breakfast after I woke up in the afternoon. If you are looking for an affordable safe & clean place to stay in Alsancak then I highly recommend In Vivo hotel.

Ehrlich gesagt würde ich wenn es möglich wäre keinen Stern geben. Das wir nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel übernachten war uns klar aber es war echt eine der schlimmsten Nächte die wir dort erlebt haben. Nachts hat ein Gast sich mit seiner Frau gestritten, aber so heftig das es nicht aufgehört hat. Kein Mensch von der Rezeption hat sich darum gekümmert. Es ging stundenlang. Am Morgen als wir ausgecheckt haben, hat man sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Wir sind ohne zu frühstücken sofort raus. Wir hatten dieses Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht weil wir auf der Durchreise waren und bei 7 Punkte Bewertung dachten wir das es ok ist. Aber zahlt lieber paar Euro mehr und bleibt wo es sicher ist. Das Hotel ist wirklich schon in die Jahre gekommen und das nicht wenig.

La struttura si trova in una zona veramente centrale e viva di İzmir. Il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico. Izmir is a city of friendly people. The city is very beautiful and has historical monuments to visit. Invivo hotel in this gorgeous city is a good place for a group or solo travellers. It seems a safe and quiet place. We stayed for three days and we did not have problems with the personnel, however, they need to improve. I would recommend to my friends or family to stay at this hotel.

I didn’t stay in this hotel. I had a booking and when I arrived at around 10PM, there were many men sitting outside smoking. A man was summoned to the reception. Unfortunately, we could not understand each other, a young man who seems to be a guest tried to be a translator to let him know that I have a reservation. He acted surprised as if I was not expected. I was asked to sit in the lobby that is badly lit. A bit later, another man went downstairs carrying a bag. From the look of it, I got the impression that this man carrying a bag was using one of the rooms and he was asked to vacate it to give to me. 5 minutes later, I was asked to go to a room that smells strongly of smoke. I do not think they were able to clean the room in that 5 minutes interval. I went downstairs immediately after I have seen the room and asked if they have a different one. They said they have none and it is ok if I don’t take the room I was given. I would have not spoken about these details if the receptionist didn’t have the audacity to write that “the guest didn’t like the smell of sewer from outside” I didn’t say anything about the sewer. I told him clearly that the room smells strongly of smoke so I do not understand why he has to lie and make up a story about “sewer smell”. What other lies is he capable to make? Orbitz knows I have been to few places. There are things I just sweep under the carpet but I feel like I have to speak about my experience in this hotel.
