Great hotel near restaurants and shops

Great hotel, exceeding our expectations after reading some of the negative reviews. We’re cyclists from Australia and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, had extra blankets and plenty of water bottles. A few restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant is no longer open. We enjoyed our stay !

The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my return visit to Ixtapaluca.

Mi estadía duró 3 días . Yo pienso que su personal debería de ser más amable y inspirar confianza. No hubo mucho de eso. También las instalaciones deberían de tener mejor mantenimiento: las llaves del baño no funcionan bien , le dabas vuelta a la manija y giraba toda la llave, también solo 1 de 4 connection de electricidad funcionaba y los empleados sabían de esto. Un comentario para los managers uno busca cargar sus celulares y aparatos electrónicos eso es una cosa esencial. Me quedé hay por estar cerca a los lugares que necesitaba visitar pero no hubo mucho comodidad.

El hotel en realidad es un motel, no cuenta con cobijas la habitación y tampoco cuenta con closet para la ropa, adicional te ofrecen un cupón para desayuno pero no tienen abierto el restaurante

Sentí un poco inseguro dejar el auto en el estacionamiento porque no tiene un control de acceso, no vigilante y cualquier persona puede entrar al estacionamiento desde la calle. Afortunadamente no pasó nada. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Por la ubicación y evento que acudi está en una excelente parte, nunca pude establecer conexión a internet apesar de los códigos correctos, por ende el servicio de tv solo era local aéreo. Fiera de eso tuve una buena estancia y servicio.

Hace falta aunque sea un ventilador y modernizar las habitaciones, pero cumple bien su propósito y pues es la mejor opción en Ixtapaluca, además es bastante céntrico.

Es un motel y es una porquería no te lo recomiendo

Lo primero es que es un motel, luego te cobran por pagar con tarjeta, las fotos no corresponden a la publicación, mal servicio, no me mandaron la factura, abandone la estancia al día siguiente (lo preferí) jamás imaginé que @hoteles.com ofreciera estos locales que son motel.
