「We ended up at the Hyatt Place on a Friday night after having to leave our original hotel because of mold. I explained our situation to Ela at the front desk and asked about a "mold safe" room. 「I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later.
