「The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war. Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer. I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!」

「Good hotel clean, only issue is parking. Anyone from the street parks at the hotel only parking which you never find a parking spot. The parking attendant should pay more attention to this. This is the only downside 」

「Hieno ja tasokas hotelli hyvällä paikalla, Oikea tähtiluokitus olisi varmaan lähempänä viittä tähteä kuin neljää. Hinta-laatusuhde oli loistava, kun vertaa Eu-maiden vastaaviin hotelleihin. Ilmeisesti asiakkaiden vähyyden vuoksi lähes henkilökohtaista palvelua. Voin suositella lämpimästi kaikille. Unohtumaton elämys, kun hotellivierailu alkoi opastuksella mitä tehdä ilmahälytyksen sattuessa (hotelilla on oma pommisuoja). Myös huoneesta vakiovarusteena löytyvä kaasunaamari oli aika hauska...

「We got a small room in the heart of Downtown. It was clean and cozy. Bedsheets were fresh. Shower a bit tight, but clean and did the job. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to historic places. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.」

「Ich war zum ersten Mal in Lemberg und habe mit meiner Schwester in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war köstlich. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche und angenehme Atmosphäre, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.」
