The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm on the first night saw a lightening strike virtually on our block which put the power out. We heard a car engine about 30 mins later and someone reconnected the supply so it was there the next morning. A remote location in the hills with fabulous views, you will need a car! Great place to explore the local coastline and hill towns or to relax by the pool. 10 mins to Sperlonga with free car parking and less expensive accommodation. would recommend.

We had 1 night at this amazing hotel. The best service, Lougi the owner was really kind and gave us ekstra service. We Got a free upgraded hotelroom as a surprise and the view was amazing. Huge room, like a small apartment. The food was amazing, especially the breakfeast and the coffe!! Overall a super great experience with all the staff super pleasent and kind! Would defenently reccomend this hotel

A hidden gem! Don’t be deceived by the drive to the hotel, all your concerns will disappear once you arrive. A view to die for along with a beautiful B&B, from the rooms to the lounge, pool and restaurant areas. We highly recommended it!

The hotel is just lovely. The views are stunning and the breakfast, space and pool are great. There are outdoor games and room to explore. The best thing is by far the owner, who greeted our late(ish) and tired arrival with a delicious dinner of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and olives, once we realised we couldn’t eat elsewhere! It is secluded and a bit of a drive but worth it. Our only gripes was that the shower cubicle is really small and the walls are pretty thin - we could hear next door chatting away and shouting at the TV all night one night. But we still really enjoyed our stay here!

Ligger et stykke utenfor byen. Serverer kun enkel frokost og lunch. Skal du ha middag må du kjøre ned til byen, 10-15 min kjøring. Veldig god service. Fantastisk bassengområdet og utsikt. Rent og pent rom.

We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo albergo. Abbiamo scelto il monolocale per essere più comode. La soluzione è stata ottima. La piscina dell'hotel è bellissima e si gode di un panorama mozzafiato. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Långt upp i bergen, utanför både GPS-kartan och telefonens täckning, ligger detta lilla hotell. Har en underbar utsikt över havet! Wifi finns, funkar bara runt poolen och fiket. Helt OK italiensk frukost.

Der er en fantastisk udsigt! Værelset var stort, rent og ligeledes med smuk udsigt over havet. Vi savnede en balkon. Der var et godt udendørs område, hvor man kunne ligge og nyde udsigten. Poolen var ok til afkøling og børnene legede fint i den.
