Although we had a typhoon during our stay, we still found many fun things to do especially glass making, Okinawa World, the museum and the castle.
While Maezato might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Ryukyu Glass Village and Itoman Fishing Cooperative Fish Center.
Nashiro might not have many top sights, but Ryukyu Glass Village and Nashiro Beach are two attractions nearby that you can check out.
While Makabe might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Himeyuri Memorial Tower and Ryukyu Glass Village.
Travelers like the parks in Mabuni, and Okinawa Peace Park is a top attraction you might want to visit.
While visiting Komesu, you might make a stop by sights like Himeyuri Memorial Tower and Odo Beach.
While Kohagura isn't home to many top sights, Ryukyu Glass Village and Nashiro Beach are some notable places to visit nearby.

Very nice and too quiet place. It’s far from the center but by car is very easy to get everywhere
