"A gorgeous hotel. Rooms are excellent. Lovely breakfast options. Short walk to beach. Very hilly on whole of island. The only downside to my stay was that shortly before our trip the hotel contacted us to offer extras, we selected late check out and thought no more of it. At 10pm the night before check out we were emailed to say it wasn’t possible and we would need to check out at 11am. This meant I had to get up earlier than planned and rush to pack as I hadn’t yet done it. Could we not have been informed earlier?"

"Excellent staff. Everyone with a genuine smile and a sense of attention to details. Location is also marvelous, the beach is the best with comfortable beach chairs and a well located bar. Once again the staff at the beach were friendly and helpful. Couple of things need improvement: 1) there is a need for cabanas to change wet swim suits. 2) the beach shower needs to be better maintained and perhaps closed. It’s backward that when you are taking a shower people passing by are waiting and watching for you to finish your shower so that they can wash their feet. 3) the air conditioner which centrally controlled shuts down in the middle of the night and the room becomes unbearable. 4) the night stands next to the bed are primitive, more stylish night stands would be helpful, you can’t really put anything on them because they are tiny. 5) The selection of food at the breakfast is limited. Better pastry and cheese options should be made available. Even though the ala carte choices were fine for breakfast the chef could change every three days, for a guest staying more than a week it becomes a bit boring to have to select from the same choices. And finally the guest car park is located at a very dangerous junction better signage or some sort of traffic light needs to be placed to prevent accidents."

"Elisso Hotel is a modern, 4-star retreat in the laid-back resort of Vasiliki, ideal for clients who want to combine easy beach access with a relaxed, contemporary base. Set just moments from the shoreline, it works particularly well for those keen on swimming, sunbathing or trying the area’s famous windsurfing, while still having all the comforts of a well-equipped hotel close at hand. Rooms are clean, comfortable and functional, We stayed in the Family Large Suite which overlooked the pool and had the sea view. Lovely room with separate air for both rooms (living room turned into bedroom for my child). It had a lovely big balcony and the biggest jacuzzi you have ever seen! Facilities are excellent for a small beach hotel. There is an inviting outdoor pool with sun loungers and a pool bar, ideal for unwinding with a drink after a day on the water. A gym and sauna add a wellness element, giving guests the option to keep up their fitness routine or relax aching muscles. Complimentary Wi-Fi, lifts, on-site parking and room service provide extra convenience throughout the stay. Dining is centred around the on-site restaurant, bar and café. Food was good and had only eaten for dinner the 1st night before heading out to enjoy the tavernas (the wave-amazing seafood!) and bars in Vasiliki and surrounding areas. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, supported by helpful staff! I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The property is definitely in need of maintenance ie the showers, the doors, the doors to balcony stiff and hard to open and close, the drain in the bathroom; but the Irinna grew on us both it is like going back in time. The staff are absolutely incredible they make you feel so welcome are kind Friendly"

"Pool is amazing and quite large. Beach area is small, shade which helps on very hot days. Room was very clean. Rated as a 5 star, but maybe should be a 4 star. View from the room is amazing, ocean view."

"We were most impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the excellent cuisine, the magical setting and great location. Perfect for relaxation, indoor and outdoor activities, organised social events, and walking distance to Fiskardo and nearby beach. Ideal as a resort holiday or using the resort as a base from which to explore Kefalonia and neighbouring islands. Would highly recommend."

"Our family had the most wonderful stay at Crystal Waters! The property was beautiful, very convenient location, the food was amazing and the staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home & were incredibly hospitable. Katerina in particular really made us feel very welcome! We would gladly stay at Crystal Waters in future & highly recommend it to those planning to visit Lefkada!"

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, very helpful and knowledgeable on Island things to do and places to eat. Our room was close to the incredible beach. The breakfast was exceptional with great staff and served a variety of local and international food. Thank you!"
