Estávamos de férias e, todo ano passamos em Santa Catarina. Meu marido escolheu o Tri hotéis de Itapema por ser próximo a rodovia e o acesso entre as praias. Nós surpreendemos com a beleza do hotel, restaurante, piscina com bar e rooft no terraço. Simplesmente incrível. Atendimento dos meninos Bruno e Anderson o rapaz da manutenção, recepção, camareiras, excelente mesmo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. É terceirizado o serviço, talvez precise de um pouco mais de orientação para os colaboradores. Ex: tirar a mesa com frequência, sendo q vc acabou de colocar umas geleias no prato, levanta pra pegar o café e do nada some, geleias, prato com seu bolo, os talheres. Observei que os hóspedes ficam, tipo... Ueee cadê acabei de me servir rs rs. Mas nada que desagrade, pois sabemos que isso é pra melhorar atendimento e ,foi uma experiência incrível sem dúvidas, muito bom o atendimento das meninas. Sem falar que o estacionamento é excelente ,rotativo e grátis, não tem manobrista e você pode ir e vir a qualquer momento. Voltaremos com certeza.
