"I absolutely loved the La Terrazza di Vico Olivi B&B! My room was a little apartment with everything that I needed. The B&B was centrally located to everything, and Allamen(?), the young man that took care of me, was a sweetie. Breakfast was delicious, and on-time every morning. The Old Town surrounding the B&B is charming. I would highly recommend. My only warning would be if you have problems navigating stairs, this may be a no-go. There are pretty steep stairs going up to the breakfast...

"I had an incredible stay at this lovely beautifully restored Villa. Great location with an easy walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping and the train station. From the train station you can catch the bus to Portofino. The hosts are gracious, warm and friendly. Enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Villa’s patio overlooking the sea and harbor. "

We were greeted at the property by Francesca who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The property was very clean and modern with a great decor. "The property is in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views across Italian riviera and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped . The reception staff are attentive and always there to assist. Service in the dining room is somewhat haphazard and unco-ordinated however and not up to the usual Relais & Chateaux and Michelin standard in my opinion. Breakfast in particular seems to be a particular difficulty. The breakfast buffet looks great...

"Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "

"The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."
