「Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. 「Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of...
