O atendimento e a localização do Tropikalya são diferenciais que perduram faz muito. Há estacionamentos, usei o do andar mais baixo, que tem fácil acesso, porém funciona como depósito de materiais inservíveis/rejeitos, o que deixa o ambiente com aspecto sujo, desagradável.

Hotel com infra estrutura bem simples, quarto indicado para 3 pessoas, porém super apertado, café da manhã muito fraco, área social pequena. Um péssimo custo benefício, hotel muitooo caro para o que oferece. Tínhamos uma diária 5 dias depois nele e cancelei para pegar em outro hotel ao lado, mais barato e muito melhor. Único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Apesar de a equipe ser muito boa, sempre atenciosos e gentis, o quarto é pequeno e o banheiro minúsculo. O hotel não possui acessibilidade e a limpeza deixa a desejar. O estacionamento é pago, mas as condições são precárias, com uma água suja que corre por ele a descoberto.

No geral, o hotel é bom, os funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã com variedade e boa qualidade. Em atenção ao COVID, solicitam que os se servirem os hóspedes utilizem luvas(disponibilizadas para todos) e máscaras. Estacionamento pago à parte, porém com elevador de acesso direto aos quartos.
