The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business. Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.

JĆ” havia hospedado no Tri hotel, por esse motivo voltei , mas dessa vez tive vĆ”rias situaƧƵes desagradĆ”veis, como o estacionamento que nĆ£o estava disponĆ­vel e cogitaram deixa meu carro na rua, depois esqueci um item pessoal, depois de vĆ”rias tentativas uma funcionĆ”ria quis me fazer o ā€œfavorā€ de colocar meu item no correio, e esse favor era quase o preƧo da diĆ”ria ,depois de muito estress parece q serĆ” resolvido, porĆ©m nĆ£o voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel

Preparam eventos as 05:00!!! Pessimo hotel!

O hotel Ć© muito mal administrado. AlĆ©m de ter mofo em alguns quartos a administraĆ§Ć£o do hotel permite eventos comeƧando logo cedo no salĆ£o do dĆ©cimo andar e quando estive hospedado comeƧaram a preparar o evento arrastando as cadeiras e mesas as 05:15!!! Quando reclamei na recepĆ§Ć£o falaram que nĆ£o tinha o que ser feito pois o evento comeƧaria as 08:00 e precisam arrurmar tudo!

Havia apenas um jogo de toalhas , entĆ£o, tentei ligar para a recepĆ§Ć£o, porĆ©m, nĆ£o atenderam Desci atĆ© a recepĆ§Ć£o e foi constatado que algum funcionĆ”rio baixou o volume. Ficaram de enviar as toalhas, porĆ©m, saĆ­mos do hotel e na volta, nĆ£o havia nem toalhas e nem vaga na garagem. Meu carro ficou estacionado na rua. Outro problema foi com a televisĆ£o que estava com a tela com vĆ”rios pontos de luz e uma faixa na tela.

O Hotel no geral Ć© bom. Cama grande e confortĆ”vel, quarto bem espaƧoso, com frigobar. Pontos negativos: no primeiro dia a televisĆ£o nĆ£o funcionou, assim como o secador de cabelo (todos os dias). As torneiras do banheiro, tanto da piĆ” quanto do chuveiro, estavam ruins. Ɠtimo cafĆ© da manhĆ£ com variadas opƧƵes.
