The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer .

Incompetent staff

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Infelizmente, não fomos bem atendidos no check-in, somente um funcionario e o funcionario da recepção estava muito agitado, não nos informou corretamente a senha da internet, pior quando retornei para solicitar a senha correta precisei ficar um bom tempo na fila, já hospedado, graças a Deus que a pessoa que também estava na fila percebeu a falta de atenção e cedeu o lugar para eu pegar a senha da internet. pessima experiencia.

Experiência muito boa, todos os serviços esperados de um hotel com atendimento excelente. Bem localizado! Fiquei hospedado em um quarto que dava para escutar conversas dos outros quartos, tratamento acústico zero. A porta tem uma fechadura que trava e força bater a porta para fechar, fazendo barulho alto sempre.

A conformação do quarto é esquisita , qdo transformado em 2 camas de solteiro, a luminária com o aparador, fica sobre a cabeça oe q repetidamente acaba causando acidentes de bater a cabeça ao deitar. A equipe da limpeza é muito querida, acolhedora e prestativa. Ao chegar tive problemas pois eles não abrem exceção para check in antecipado e apesar de ter reservado o quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, me colocaram com cama de casal. Solicitei alteração e resolveram, mas foi demorado. durante a noite acabou a água do bvanheiro sem nenhum aviso e só voltou na manhã seguinte.
