De forma geral muito bom, cafe da manha muito bom também, unica questão foi sobre a reserva do quarto, reservamos o quarto onde indicava hidromassagem, porém quando chegamos fomos informados que era um erro e o quarto que escolhemos não tinha hidromassagem, e não havia mais quartos com hidro disponível

Pousada maravilhosa

Simplesmente adorei, lugar muito limpo e organizado, quarto com móveis simples porém muito aconchegante e silencioso, café da manhã excelente e muito próximo da praia, recomendo muito essa pousada, com certeza quero voltar outras vezes.

Experiência ruim

Pelo valor que foi pago esperavamos mais, nos colocaram em um quarto nos fundos, local péssimo, cheiro de mofo, banheiro muito pequeno até para uma pessoa só usar, conforto zero. Fomos pedir para trocar, pois os quartos da frente pareciam ser bem mais confortáveis, mas disseram que não tinha disponibilidade. O local da pousada fica bem longe do centro da cidade e de locais para alimentação. No restaurante tem poucas opções de lanches e os poucos que tem são bem caros.

Estão precisando de reformas. Colchão é ruim, o ar condicionado é barulhento, a TV tem 3 canais que pegam super mal, o chuveiro é fraco, cobram 10% pra uma água que vc mesmo retira do freezer ao preço de R$ 7,00. Salvam-se o café da manhã que é muito bem servido e a piscina que estava limpa.

Pessoal muito atencioso, instalações adequada a proposta só achei fora de propósito uma pousada a beira da praia só fornecer cadeiras, não tinha guarda sol, confesso que foi a 1a que vi nestas condições que não fornece

Ótima opção, exceto a internet

Viajamos em casal, inicialmente ficamos 8 dias e estendemos a diária por mais 1. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, falta gente para atender em alguns momentos mas notei que estão com vagas abertas para vários setores. Quarto simples, nada sofisticado, mas dentro do oferecido no anúncio. Piscina e jacuzzi sempre limpas. Café da manhã acima da média e serviço de alimentação com bebidas e lanches. Tem uma area de churrasco e quadra de esporte que não utilizamos. Localização a menos de 100m da praia de Estaleiro, que estava bem tranquila mesmo na semana mais movimentada de Balneário. Únicas ressalvas: TV apenas com canais abertos e qualidade de imagem ruim e principalmente a internet. Apesar de ser uma viagem de férias tive atender alguns clientes online e me obriguei a sair do quarto para conectar, dentro do quarto só o 4G do telefone e as vezes até esse caia por ser uma área afastada.

Excelente pousada para descanso de férias, porém o acesso é descendo a Serra do Boi e a praia não dá pra tomar banho, pois as ondas são muito altas.

Simples pelo preço cobrado. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico , box pequeno. Jacuzzi externa suja. Não fazem limpeza no quarto se vc não lembrar de deixar a chave até as 14:00 na recepção.
