O hotel se declara como três estrelas mas é no máximo 1. Quartos muito velhos, mobiliário quebrado, colchas rasgadas. Segurança noturno sem treinamento para lidar com o público. Falta de sensibilidade no atendimento. Pousada muito simples e com a necessidade de uma grande manutenção. Ponto positivo: o café da manhã é bem honesto e fica à dez minutos de caminhada do parque Beto Carrero.

De bom, apenas a localização

A localização é boa, o atendente na recepção foi educação porém com informações desnecessárias, como por exemplo dizer que no quarto com hidro já foi necessário chamar a polícia pois os hóspedes não queriam pagar o conserto da hidro. No quarto que ficamos tinha uma infiltração. Ao pedir mais travesseiros foi nos dito que se quisesse mais tinha que ter trazido de casa. Havíamos reservado de sexta a domingo mas no sábado já fizemos o check-out.

Estádia aceitável, pela descrição em alguns sites esperava um pouco mais. No dia da entrada havia muito mosquito no quarto, no dia seguinte já não vimos tantos. Quase sempre, sentimos mal cheiro de esgoto, parecia vir da área externa. Cama beliche barulhenta. Wi-Fi bom, localização boa. Café da manhã razoável, simples, se a qualidade dos bolos melhorar, já estaria bom. Funcionários são cordiais.

Estive com meu esposo no feriado de Corpus Christi hospedada na Pousada Juliane e sinceramente foi a melhor experiência que já tive em hospedagem nos últimos tempos. Local acolhedor, instalações excelentes, funcionários excepcionais! Ano que vem estarei novamente em Penha e com certeza ficarei hospedada novamente na pousada. Ótima localização com restaurante, pizzaria e padaria próximos e bem próxima ao Beto Carrero.

Pousada com o melhor custo beneficio, tudo simples mas nao falta nada. Atendimento dos funcionarios impecável, claramente cuidado de dono por tudo. Ao lado do parque, ao lado de pizzaria e muito calma para descansar de um dia de parque.

Não muito agradável. Solicitei a instalação de um suporte para shampoo no box do banheiro, pedido feito de manhã, as 18:00 horas cheguei da praia, não pude entrar no quarto porque o proprietária havia saído com a chave no bolso, e não tinha hora para voltar. Ao chegar foi instalar o suporte para o shampoo, atitude que deveria ter sido tomada antes de minha chegada, inclusive para deixar o banheiro do quarto limpo.

Muito bom lugar!

Tudo perfeito, acredito que seja ideal para 03 a 04 pessoas no quarto em que estávamos. Mas da próxima vez quero pegar os quartos próximos a piscina, o pessoal da pousada é fora de série em educação e simpatia e o café delicioso.
