O apartamento é novo, em ótimo estado, possui o necessário na cozinha, o anfitrião é muito simpático e prestativo. Recebemos o apartamento organizado e limpo. O wifi é de boa qualidade. Gostamos de tudo de um modo geral. Nos hospedamos no último andar, para crianças e idosos não recomendo, pois possui apenas escadas, além disso o último andar é mais quente que os demais, o ar condicionado não consegue resfriar todo o apartamento no período da manhã ou tarde, durante a noite ele é excelente ou quando se fecha a porta do quarto. O apartamento não fica muito próximo da praia, como as melhores praias ficam mais longe e teríamos que ir de carro, não foi um ponto negativo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Andrea, que nos acomodou e explicou o funcionamento do apartamento. Trata-se de um residencial administrado por uma empresa, não é propriamente um hotel. Foi uma estadia agradável, o apartamento é bem localizado e dotado de todas as comodiadades, como ar-condicionado e Wi-Fi. A limpeza também estava em dia. Voltaria a me hospedar no local.

O Lagoinha Beach Residencial esta' perto de tudo : praias, comercios, bancos, mercados, etc.... O lugar e' muito tranquilo e se descansa perfeitamente.
