Hotel incrivel! Otima localização, na beira da praia, com vista privilegiada...otimo cafe da manhã...camas e lençóis super confortaveis...otimo atendimento dos funcionarios...minha sugestao para melhoria seria em relação a qualidade das toalhas de banho, tambem quanto a iluminacao na piscina e area externa do 4 andar a noite...Se eu voltaria? Com certeza!!

gostei da localização, não gostei do quarto... janela dava para paredão de outro prédio, a noite alguém mexeu na fechadura e abriu a porta, sei porque que deixou uma fresta na abertura, e precisei colocar uma cadeira, comuniquei a recepção no amanhecer a atendente disse que poderia verificar as imagens para que eu pudesse ver quem tentou ou melhor abriu a porta... que isso só a gerencia poderia ver, mas até o momento não me retornaram ... Não me senti segura.

Péssimo hotel

Horrivel, café da manhã péssimo,as opções eram as mesmas, todos os dias,poucas opções, pessoal sem gentileza, parecia que nós estávamos de graça, não pagando para ser bem atendido,pessoal seco, sem cordialidade, precisa ser reciclado, fazer um estágio no hotel best wersted de Maceió, lá sim vc é atendido com bom dia, boa tarde e boa noite com sorriso no rosto, estão de bom humor, o hotel não oferece nem água no saguão, as instalações,como sauna e piscinas estavam a deriva,sauna só liga no horário deles,sem essência,pedi a resposta que tive não tem, pra entrar tem que passar por uma salinha com equipamentos de academia jogados, não recomendo a ninguém.
