Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, funcionários educados e bom café da manhã. Entretanto, o quarto era antigo, com cama não muito confortável e o banheiro não estava bem limpo (encontramos cabelos). Precisa uma renovação. Valeu pelo benefício/custo.

A pior coisa experiência em hospedagem

Uma das raras péssimas experiências em hospedagem que já tivemos, e olha que já passamos por muitas cidades e quase todos os estados brasileiros e pelo menos 12 países conhecendo as mais variadas categorias. Péssimo custo benefício, quarto pequeno, sem isolamento acústico, higiene duvidosa, roupa de cama tecido áspero e sintético, cama pequena, colchão nada confortável, interfone não funcionava para falar com recepção, recepcionistas tanto da noite quanto do dia grosseiros, café da manhã nada especial, apenas cumpriu o protocolo. O chuveiro mesmo abrindo todo o registro saia pouca água. Tinha apenas 1 toalha de rosto e 1 de piso no quarto, pedimos toalhas, nos entregaram duas toalhas de banho, pequenas, e na saída o recepcionista foi gritando até o carro sugerindo que havíamos roubado uma toalha!! Tudo isto pelo valor de 685 reais por 1 diária de 11 para 12 de outubro. As fotos da reserva não condiziam com o quarto e o recepcionista disse que a responsabilidade era do site Hotels.com por vender o que queria e não o que o hotel oferecia. Não recomendamos de forma alguma!

Hotel Bucólico Maravilhoso

Amei o hotel! Senti falta apenas de um abajour no quarto. Gosto de meia luz para começar a dormir. Tudo maravilhoso! Mauro, o proprietário, é muito gentil. Gostei demais do recepcionista Wallfrid (não sei como escreve). O café da manhã é ótimo. O lugar é bucólico e agradável. Os gatos do hotel são uma alegria preguiçosa. Amei!

O fato é que reservei o hotel e me colocaram num flat a 40m do hotel sem frigobar.Para tomar o café tive que ir até o hotel, sorte que não estava chovendo.

Bom, mas pode melhorar com pequenos detalhes.

Na chegada no hotel, nos deparamos com um funcionário da recepção que só responde o que lhe é perguntado, ou seja, só deu "boa noite", quando nós tomamos a frente. Curto e objetivo, sem cordialidade, diferente do funcionário que estava no período noturno, muito educado, simpático e atencioso. Ficamos em um quarto que estava com alguns vestígios de sujeira, principalmente no BOX do banheiro. O banheiro tem um chuveiro dos mais baratos do mercado. Não possui suporte para toalhas de banho e rosto, as toalhas acabam ficando jogadas pelo quarto. Não há suporte para shampoo, apenas sabonete. O hotel oferece toalha de banho e sabonete apenas, não tem shampoo ou condicionador. Quarto possui TV a cabo com poucos canais funcionando, da operadora NET. Ar condicionado era "de janela" ou é muito frio ou é muito quente, além do filtro estar extremamente sujo de poeira. Cama de casal relativamente pequena, similar as camas chamadas de "solteirão". Frigobar antigo e desligado quando chegamos, mas estava funcionando bem, só demorou para gelar. Café da manhã simples e muito gostoso, com várias opções. Piscina suja, pois os animais que ficam soltos no terreno de área comum encostam na água, (patos). Wi-Fi funciona mas com baixa velocidade. Num geral, voltaria a ficar no hotel em últimas opções. Prefiro conhecer as outras opções de Blumenau. Mas quem precisar, não vai se incomodar, só acredito que pequenos detalhes como a cordialidade e limpeza atraem o cliente para sempre voltar no mesmo lugar.

Simples demais para o preço cobrado

O atendimento foi bom, pessoas educadas e atenciosas. No entanto, houve um erro do Hotel na reserva e nos ofereceram um quarto em outra unidade da rede, que teria cama de casal. O quarto era MUITO simples, com móveis mal distribuídos com janela para um paredão de tijolos. Só ficamos porque era por uma noite apenas. O valor foi muito caro para o quarto que nos ofereceram.
