O lugar é muito bom, fomos bem atendidos, só que a água do banho não esquentou muito na primeira vez, conversando com a recepção, eles aumentaram a temperatura do aquecedor.

Hospedagem aquém do que esperado.

O check-in e check-out foram tranquilos, sem problemas. A localizacao do hotel e boa, fica no centro, próximo da praia, de supermercados, restairantes e comercio e o atendimento dos funcionários são bastante atenciosos e solícitos. Porém a estrutura do hotel deixa.muito a desejar principalmente nos quesitos conservação do mobiliário e roupa de cama e banho (bastante desgastados - me deram uma toalha rasgada, a portando box estava quebrada e as portas do armario do quarto não fechavam). O primeiro quarto que me colocaram, o varao do armário para pendurar roupa estava quadrado e as portas também não fechavam - então me trocaram de quarto. Apesar das áreas comuns estarem aparentemente limpas a limpeza do quarto eh um caso a parte: tinha muita teia de aranha atrás das loucas do banheiro, Na beirada da parede do box, no espaço onde estava o frigobar, embaixo da mesinha do quarto e na parede e cortina da sacada. Até barata eu tive que matar. O ar condicionado não de ser limpo a muito tempo, pois toda vez que Eulina a menataca alergia. O café da manhã eh bem básico é simples,, mas os produtos são bons - não tem muita variedade - eh sono baixo do basico.Uma pena a falta de cuidado demonstrada com o estabelecimento pois tem uma estrutura bem bacana se fosse bem cuidado.

Hotel muito bem localizado. O ponto negativo foi a infraestrutura do quarto que aluguei. Pros: localização, tamanho quarto, café da manhã Cons: infraestrutura do quarto antiga, tanto móveis quanto equipamentos elétricos. Televisão e ar condicionado de um dos quartos (107) não funcionou.

Hotel que poderia ser melhor cuidado

As pessoas que nos atendiam eram muito gentis. Aparentemente o hotel não passa por uma reforma por um longo período: louça do banheiro quebrada, espelhos das tomadas soltando e armários descascando. Mas a localização é muito boa e como eu praticamente ficava no hotel apenas para dormir foi olhei.

Tudo estava satisfatório e de acordo com meu objetivo. Os funcionários foram cordiais, no entanto, quando o Gerente do Hotel estava presente o ambiente ficava um pouco tenso. Criei muitas teorias sobre os porquês, uma coisa é certa, alguma coisa não está bem.
