Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free.

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.

The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

Shower drain was backup.Turned on shower and water started to overflow. Call front desk they didn't switch the room.Sent out maintenance he was able to get it to deain slowly.Not a great experience.

I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Estrutura muito boa, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários educados e prestativos… só tivemos problemas com falta de água no banheiro devido outro cliente ter fechado nosso registro ( não deveria estar acessível) e no outro quarto havia um vazamento de agua

Experiência totalmente frustrante nas nossas férias. Fechamos nossa estadia baseada nas avaliações e fotos, mas ao chegarmos no hotel, logo de cara, já tivemos uma decepção, o quarto, apesar de bonito e decorado, o ar condicionado estava com defeito, além do barulho ensurdecedor de uma obra ao lado do hotel, e também no próprio andar onde estávamos, e o pedreiro ainda ouvia música alta no celular com a porta aberta. Resumindo, tivemos que trocar de quarto por duas vezes, já que o segundo quarto que nos colocaram a cena era de filme de terror, cortinas quase caindo, chuveiro e luminárias enferrujados, piso descascado, um quarto frio, em total desacordo com o que fechamos. Só fomos ter um pouco de sossego no terceiro quarto, mesmo assim já havíamos perdido a tarde toda nessa manobra. Nos hospedamos com a nossa cachorrinha, que apesar da “taxa pet”, não teve nem tapetinho higiênico no quarto, tivemos que comprar fora. O café da manhã é deplorável, sem higiene, coisas sem gosto, e algumas estragadas. Funcionários grosseiros, ficavam reclamando de tudo. Até chegar ao ponto de sofrermos homofobia por uma funcionária do café, um crime, só pra reforçar. Esse, além de todas as outras coisas, foi o ponto auge, que nos fez desistir de tudo e sairmos antes do final da nossa estadia. O ÚNICO ponto positivo foi a funcionária da limpeza do quarto, Adriana, profissional educadíssima, atenciosa e de alta qualidade. Não recomendamos e não voltaremos nunca mais.

O quarto é pequeno , mas acomoda . Os lençóis são bons e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom , muita variedade. O almoço tem bastante opções, é pelo peso do kg. Fui em meu aniversário, ganhei um bolinho no quarto . Deram entrada do Cristo Luz de cortesia . Valeu a pena sim !!
