The Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel was excellent. Very centrally located and nice quiet neighborhood. The staff are all brilliant and very friendly, if your looking for somewhere in the old city this is a great option. Rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious.

It was wonderful! The view from the room was beautiful, the breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. The staff is incredible! Especially the reception staff and the bellboys (especially the blue-eyed guy who even made an effort to speak Portuguese) were polite, kind, and helpful. I hope to return one day, and it would definitely be here.

A small improvement can make it the best hotel.

The blanket size should be big enough to cover the body of an adult properly. The tooth brush provided should be of better quality - with softer bristles. Apart from these small things, really no complaints. Stuffs are super friendly, helpful ans welcoming. Overall a great stay experience.

The personnel at the front desk is very friendly and helpful in arranging taxi transpota, giving directions for dinning , shopping , many other. I’ve stayed at the Yisam 3 times before & my experience has been acceptable. The only negative aspects I’ve encountered is that the bathrooms are very small.
