Lacking kitchen cleaning amenities, tea towels etc. Staff had a nice attitude but the hotel was very lacking in tourist information and information about facilities. I would look for a better a standard for the claimed star rating on my next visit. It was OK but disappointing. a toilet

The staff of this hotel are wonderful! I have been staying there for the last 4 years at least 3 times a year . However, I took my daughters with me this time and we were disappointed with the AC- even when you leave the spare card in it shuts down by itself.

The staff at this hotel are the best. The only thing it needs is to update the TV channels giving options in English as there is none. The bathrooms need a bit of maintenance as well.
