***Shocking***
***updated****
Today no hot water
**2nd update***
Still no hot water , now 2 days no hot water , 3 days of no water and no hot water
Not up to European standards,
This hotel is best for 3rd world country’s
For context I am an international traveller luckily enough to visit all the continents of the world for both business and pleasure
Let’s start with the positive
Great location , staff generally friendly , good breakfast location on the roof terrace
Now the negatives
On arrival our jacuzzi room had no windows , it smelt of cigarette's
We then moved room, shabby chic would be the way to describe the room , worn around the edges,
Issues as follows
One towels for 2 people on occasions
Hotel ran out of shower gel for the dispenser in the shower.
No water for a day and no notice or update from the hotel ,no note under the door ? Nothing.
Shower head leaking everywhere , thankfully fixed , but should I have to point this out ?
The storage in the room has not been thought about , bed side units are cubes with no draws or function , where do you place small items
Only local tv stations available , all international channels not working ?
I really, really wanted to like the hotel, but it felt more like a hostel and has fell short on to many elements to over look
Expedia should not list this hotel for European customers
SOME of the staff are helpful
