Few hiccups

Hotel didn't have booking and paid for it at hotel which is not usual. Couldn't lock door when we left and when we came back key card wouldn't open door and it took a while to fix but hotel staff let us have a late check out. Comfortable room with good linen but there are not enough English channels on tv and wifi didn't work in room.

Yetersiz hizmet. Yetersiz oda ekipmanı. Kahvaltı asker karavanasından hallice. Sabah kahvaltıda(!) otelde kahve olmadığı anlaşıldı. Odada orta sehpa yok. Personel samimi görünmek için çabaladı. Ödenen ücreti hakeden tek şey deniz manzarası. Delux oda kavramını doldurabilecek bir hizmet ya da otel olanağı yoktu. Bir kova buz için fahiş fiyat talep edildi. Tekrar gidilmeyecek ve tavsiye edilmeyecek.

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit à l'hôtel Tiara. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Ils nous ont donné notre chambre plus tôt pour que l'on puisse poser nos affaires et découvrir l'île. La chambre est confortable et propre, le restaurant est superbe, une vue splendide par contre la carte des vins est assez onéreuse. Bon souvenirs

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde temiz gibi duruyor, ancak üstten bir temizlik yapılmış, banyoda 2,3 erkek kılı karşıladı, ancak bunun haricinde oda,banyo ve çarşaflar temizdi.Banyoda sıcak su hep vardı, adadaki konakladığım diğer otellerin banyosuna göre, bu otelin banyosu daha genişti.Konum olarak çok merkezi ve güzel bir yerde.Resepsiyon personeli gayet kibardı.En kötü yönüne gelecek olursak,kahvaltısı inanilmaz kötü, görünce şok olduk,sırf konsept oda/kahvaltı diye uyduruk bir tabak hazırlamışlar,bir simitin yarısını da yarıya bölerek iki kişiye pay etmişler, allahtan iki peynir parçası ve ekmekler guzeldi de onlarla biraz içimizi bastırdık.Kahvaltıdan (!) 1 saat sonra filan tekrar dışarıda yemek zorunda kaldık.Senelerdir geziyorum, gördüğüm en kötü oda/kahvaltı konseptiydi,kesinlikle parasını haketmiyor.Oda ve otelin konumu güzel o kadar.

Oda çok küçüktü ama temizlik olarak gayet iyiydi.Restorant kısmı 22:00 kadar hizmet veriyor sonrasında dışarıdan herhangi bir şey söyleyemiyorsunuz ilk defa burada yaşadım.Deniz manzarası evet var ama boydan cam olarak pencere gibi zaten manzara sadece denize değil yola doğru baktığı için cam, oda da rahat bekleyemiyorsunuz dışarıda ki insanlar görecek diye.Sigara içilmemesi ile ilgili sitede herhangi bir ibare yok ama oda da yangın alarmı olduğunu sigarayı camdan kokutmadan içebileceğimiz söylendi.Ses yalıtımı olarakta pek iyi değildi yan odada ki misafirlerin oda içinde ki hareketleri odaya gelen temizlik personellerinin temizlik sesleri gayet net geliyordu

Tuvaletten koku geliyor. Özellikle diğer katlardan sifon çekilince. Kahvaltı vasat, artık bir şeyler eklenmeli. Ayrıca menemen söyledik, domatesler kabuklu atılmış içine, yumurta çok az, güzelmiş gibi bir de çok pahalı. Tuvalet çok dar, tuvalet kağıdına uzanmak için epey esnek olmanız gerekiyor. Odaya tuvalete ilk girdiğimizde yerde çöp vardı, dar olduğu için görülüp alınmamış.

2 günlük adalar tatilimizde konakladigimiz otel. Odalar temiz, çalışanların ilgisi iyiydi. Kahvalti tabagi veriyorlar o da sizi doyurur zaten. Bana bir tık pahali geldi harici memnun kaldik. Bir dahaki sefere yine burayi tercih ederim.

Superior Deniz Manzaralı Oda'da konakladık. En üst katta bulunan odanın manzarası harikaydı. Dışarının soğukluğuna karşın odamız sıcacıktı ve tertemizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar konforluydu. Banyo küçük ama yeterliydi. Odadaki mini dolapta su bulunmakta sadece. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Konumu iyi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Çiftler için ideal.

Odaların çok temiz olduğunu özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Odanın büyüklüğü ve konforu gayet yeterli, iskeleye 5-10 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz kenarında olması sebebi ile manzarası da çok güzel. Bir dahaki gelişimde hiç otel aramadan direkt Tiara Otel'den yer ayırtacağım.

Bu kadar kötü olacağını düşünmemiştim. Kesinlikle hayal kırıklığı idi. Tek tek sayayım. Klimalar devredışı. Alt katta kafe var ve bütün ses içeirde. Kafede oturanlar direk odanın içini görüyor. Öyle oturum çift olarak denizi seyrederim hayal. Perdeyi kapamak zorundasın ancak oda zaten havasız. Odanın kapısı üst taraftan bir parmak alt taraftan iki parmak açıklığı vardı ki bütün ses dışarıda. Mahremiyet ve konfor Sıfır. Uyandığımda büyük bir kedi odanın içinde oturuyordu. Varın siz hesab edin.

Çalışanlar çok kibar, oda çok temiz ve rahattı. Check outta otelin sahibi olan hanımefendi kahvaltı için gidebileceğimiz yerler de önerdi ve bayıldık. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Gercekten rüya gibi plan kurdugumuz tatil dusuncemiz,resmen hüsranla hayal kirikligiyla sonuclandi.Otelin bizden 2 gece 3 gün icin 1050 tl almasi ve ne kahvalti nede aksam yemegi vermemesi.Bunlarin Üzerine oda icersinde kaybolan bazi esyalar icin 3 gün sonra bizi arayip bu ürünleri sizmi aldiniz demeleri.Gercekten cok daha güzel oteller bulunmakta burayi tercih edip tatilinizi mahfetmeyin.
