It’s location is perfect. It’s literally few minutes to Taksim square and Istkal St, trams, metro . Although a small hotel the rooms are big and staff were outstanding. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for an economic place

Nice and Clean Place to Stay

First of all, it is located at a great point. in the hearth ISTANBUL. Just one minmute to MetroStation and Istanbul Airport Buses Station. There are plentyy number of restaurants and shopping places around. Rooms are OK to stay if you visit ISTANBUL to see instead of to see HOTEL. Rooms are big, clean. I like the restaurant on the grounf floor. Taste of Somon Steak was nice. elevator is small since building itself is old but to be fair I and my family did noit make it problem. Prices were Acceptable.

Location is good however, cleaning, furniture, bathroom are not good. Internet connection is very poor. No internet connection to TV. Overall waste of money. First time I have used Hotel.com and not happy with my hotel selection. No breakfast also.

I had an incredible stay at Taxim Suites Residences—truly one of the most pleasant and comfortable experiences I’ve had. Due to an emergency, I needed an early check-in. I reached out to them in advance and got a quick and reassuring response—they promised to do their best to accommodate my request. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mujdat at the front desk. He was already aware of my situation and let me know that a room was available. He handled the early check-in smoothly and professionally. I was given a beautiful suite that had everything I needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy couch, a work desk with a chair, and a spacious bedroom. I was exhausted from my flight, and being able to rest right away made a huge difference—I slept so well. Even before the official check-in time of 2 p.m., the cleaning service passed by, kindly offered to clean the room, and even brought me an extra bottle of water. Everything about this experience was thoughtful and efficient. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Small hotel, but spacious room attached to small living room It was clean but lil bit old The check in process was fast and the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and professional The location is convenient, very close to Medyan Taksim I do not recommend to people who sleep early, you can hear the noise of the street until the early morning although my room was on the sixth floor Small elevator

Not only is Taxim Suites within walking distance to Taksim Square, city buses, Havas and restaurants but the employees are an absolute Gem!! Our room was impeccably clean and had a nice view of the park and sea. Shout out to the wonderful,ever so friendly and helpful employees such as Ms.Kader, Ms.Birsen, Mr.Burak and the other gentleman at the front desk and the young woman in housekeeping that I didn’t get their names. Overall, if you want to stay at a clean, safe and most hospitable front desk and housekeeping staff, then you should definitely stay at Taxim Suites. Thank you Ms.Kader,Ms.Birsen, Mr.Burak and all the staff for your wonderful hospitality! If in Istanbul will surely be staying at Taxim Suites!

Good location, moderate conditions

The stuff is helpful and the location is very convenient to reach tourist attractions, taxi, and metro. It’s a bit noisy around however the isolation is good. When you close the windows you can sleep comfortably. It’s an apart hotel so don’t expect a big lobby or spacious floors but the room was good. It’s just a very touristic area so people can check in every hour even in the middle of the night which can cause noise. Since the floors are not covered with carpet and the floors are narrow, I woke up in the middle of the night two nights is a row due to the noise caused. It’s a good place if you wanna be close to the city center, however, wouldn’t be my first choice if I was looking for a relaxing holiday.

My bad experience

First I must say the all the workers were very nice and courteous however, my room the Miyoko suite had several bad issues.1st door security lock did not work, only the regular lock worked. 2nd window was broken so it would not close all the way so it was freezing, oh by the way heater don’t work had to ask for portable heater. 3rd it was loud, cars on the street honking all night long and with window broken it was very loud. Lastly and this is a big one. There was a huge leak coming from the room upstairs in the bathroom shower. All of these things I notified the front desk and they would nicely say”we will fix it” but nothing was fixed at all. I wanted to go to another hotel but it was a no refund deal. Hotel.com just called and ask for a refund but to no avail. Nobody wanted to take some responsibility the hotel & hotel.com. I included hotel.com because they are the in between and it’s their business that advertised it. Don’t get this room. Now I must say my friend had the next room over and nothing was wrong with it. No loud sounds and everything worked. My tip for Istanbul is make sure your room is sound proof.
