Good budget hotel

The location is good, however far from the main historical places such as the Bazaar, Blue Mosque and others and taxis are a bit difficult and they want to charge too much. The hotel is comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and fresh, the staff specially Firat and Alli are true gentlemen, I felt safe and very comfortable. I did find Cuneyt the receptionist too pushy to try to sell us tours and book our taxi, it was a bit too much and made us uncomfortable. It is a budget hotel, close to the plaza, shops and easy to get around, I would stay there again.

Friendly and cozy hotel

I stayed 3night at here, all staff are friendly and helpful. This location also convenient to stay in Istanbul, I recommend this new hotel. ここを決める時。評価がなかったので迷いましたが、滞在して正解でした。 スタッフはとても親切ですし、新しいホテルなのでとても綺麗です。すぐ近くには美味しいロカンタもあって、便利でした。

Best three star hotel in Istanbul

It was pleasent as i was looking for a three star hotel it was good the it self is small but cleanliness is excellent. For three stsr hotel it is the best options with free breakfast. Breakfast very good not continental more than that. Respationest are very helpful. All staff are friendly and supportive.

Need a lesson in Hospitality

We checkin in very late at night. The night receptionist was very nice but there was a mix up with our room and at first they put us in a basement. We took a walk, got back and he apologetically asked us to move rooms. ugh .. ok. The next morning the very senior manager demanded that we change rooms, when I informed him that we were inconvenienced the night before he literally got in my face ( ? ) angry and said ... " So what ? " .. we ended up leaving.... The owners shouldn't be running a touristic hotel. Its more like a car repair shop.

En general es un hotel económico y bien ubicado pero no sé si es política del hotel, de las personas que trabajan o del propio país, pero no me dejaron subir a la habitación con una persona adulta como yo y conocida. Me dió la impresión que se me discriminaba porque la persona era de mi mismo sexo. Esto nunca me había pasado en ningún hospedaje de los que he visitado, por lo que nunca mas volveré ni recomendaré este local

Uzak durmanız gereken bir otel

Maxwell otel diye aldığım tek gecelik hizmeti muhtemelen otelde yer olmadığı için başka bir otele aktardılar ve diğer gittiğim otelde de temizlik ve gürültü problemi yaşadım. Bir de akşam dışarı çıkacakken otelin kapısı kitliydi ve 40 dk görevlinin gelmesini bekledim dışarı çıkmak için. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.

Istanbuls worst hotel actually the world

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in rooms were tacky damaged only good thing was a an alright shower if you're looking for sleep rest relaxation avoid this sesspit at all costs staff are the rudest people I've ever met I wanted a refund after staying the first night I waited for 3 hours the next day to see the manager he wouldbt see me guy at counter threatened me never have I ever been threatened by staff at a hotel disgusting very shady area and very shady people they don't care or treat you like a human other couples had the same issue so glad got out of there the rest of the trip was great after this!!

The best thing in this hotel is the receptionist Mr Abdullah he is so kind and helpful person. The area is not to good for families. The hotel is near Taksim square and bars, nightclub so couldn’t slept during my 6 days stay in this hotel because of drunks people shouting,fighting at 3 am 4 am. And to many scammers in this area so take care. Room and and bathroom was too small. The bedsheets was old and was not so clean. They should buy new bedsheets really needed.
