Stayso just became one of our favorite hotels. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one, and they succeeded. They were patient and accomodating. The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect. The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there again. We can't recommend it highly enough..

Lovely staff and beautifully kept rooms

The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the reception staff were so informative and kind, and the valet were friendly and prompt. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. The only "negative" we can think of is that on our first night we were given a room that had a tiny toilet/shower that was only seperated from the sleeping room by a thin folding door (literally arms length from the bed). This might not bother somw people but we didnt like the lack of privacy and asked to be moved rooms, and the staff arranged this for us quickly and without a fuss. Id advise if youre traveling as a couple to check the room description thouroughly and ask for a room with seperate bathroom. The prices are reasonable for all rooms so it shouldnt dissuade you from choosing this hotel. There are nice cafes and restaurants within walking difference as well as a park/lake, and the food served at the hotel is lovely and good value for money. We would stay here again!
