Property Perfet but resepcionist oferme a taxi to airport..shecsaid the prise and was ok and she said is 1600.liras.and the taxi ask me for 2000..on a frew way whut can i doue and that monent ..nathing because i was on not my territorio not usa .to said not and i was scare. Room and hotel perfect.

My reason for giving 2 stars is solely based on the services. I have stayed at MANY hotels and this was the first time I heard that customers can't order food from outside. Really?? They allowed to order food from outside after 10:30 PM! This was nowhere mentioned on their website. I am okay to follow the rules if they were mentioned prior to booking. They told us when we checked in. This is insane! On top, I mentioned that my credit card is not working and I just have few amount to work with. Therefore, I couldn't afford their restaurant's food which was 800 lira (main course) per day. Why should I pay this much for 1 meal when I can easily order from outside for approx 300 lira, good portion meal?!! They did not respect my request. Every time I came downstairs to grab the food after 10:30pm they would stare at me which made me very uncomfortable. I requested if they could let the delivery boy come to my room to deliver food due to medical condition, but they refused. I understand they don't allow strangers to enter the hotel, but the receptionist could have just walked him to the room. How hard was it? I am extremely disappointed how insensitive they were.
Most of the mean receptionists were the MALES. I couldn't get their names but it was just the male receptionists who were not cooperative.
The only understandable person there was the female receptionist, Fatima. She wanted to help me and she did what she could but the males receptionist/manager did not allow her.

Tv bozuktu, çift kişilik tek yatak diye aldık iki ayrı yatağı birleştirip verdiler rezillik tamamen.Kışın en soğuk zamanında klima 22 dereceye ayarlanmış ve artmıyor donduk.Görüp göreceğim en rezil ramada tecrübesi oldu sıradan bir günlük kiralık yer gibiydi pişman oldum.

Kısa süreli konaklama için uygun bir otel.servisngüzei çalışanlar sıcak ve görevlerine uygun tanıdığım kadarıyla. Ancak hayal kırıklığına uğradığım bir konu bu otelde içki servisi yok. Gerek restoranda gerekse mini barda. Beynelmilel bir zincir adını rütaşıyan bir müessese için bence bu kabul edilmesi zor bir husus. Odalarısifügara içilir içilmez dşyevtasnif eder gibi bu tür sözde enternasyonel otelleri ün”. No alcohol service “ diye özellikle belirtilmesi gerekir.
