The rooms was compact and clean. You have to ask for iron to the room. Breakfast was fair enough. The location is perfect, not noisy and very close to both Taxim and Nisantasi. F/p is quite good

One of the best hotel stays in Istanbul we’ve ever had! Super clean! Professional service. Comfortable beds! And central heating and cooling that we could customize. They’re honest too: I forgot our passports in our room and they put them in safe keeping and contacted us immediately.

Great spot for business and tourism

The Radisson was a great spot for my business trip, but also very convenient for sight seeing and shopping. All the area is very nice and safe, staff are really nice, room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. All in all a great spot in Istanbul!

Harbiye Radisson - visit

Clean rooms and hotel. Nice and very likeable staff. The hotel is central and within walking distanse to Taksim. There is a Cafe next door to the hotel, Where you can start your day.

Good stay but not so good at airport pick-up

The hotel staff were friendly, and the room and daily breakfast buffet was good. However, regarding the communication with the hotel, I didn’t receive any responses to the messages I sent via Hotels.com, no matter how many times I tried. Additionally, regarding the airport pickup fee, the message from the Hotel through the hotels.com stated it was 80 EUR, but when I made the request and received no reply, I called and was informed it was 110 EUR instead.

They tried charging me for items from the mini-bar although I had not taken those items from the mini-bar. They eventually believed me, but it's still unnecessary to have to fight about this during checkout. Otherwise good location and friendly staff. Free bottles of water every day is a nice touch.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Istanbul Şişli and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the staff was incredibly rude. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority at this hotel. One of the main issues I faced was the air conditioning in my room. It wasn’t working, and despite repeatedly bringing it to the attention of the front desk, no one ever came to fix it. I spent my stay in an uncomfortable, hot room with no resolution. It’s clear that the staff had no interest in helping or making the situation better. Overall, the service and attitude at this hotel are abysmal, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are many other hotels in Istanbul with much better service and accommodations. Avoid this one if you can.
