VERY DIRTY , NOT LIKE THE PICTURES ,KEEP AWAY .

JUST KEEP AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL ...... WE STAYED FOR 5 NIGHTS THE TOWELS WAS DIRTY AND THEY DIDNOT CHANGE IT EVEN WHEN WE ASKED FOR , NO STUFF , NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY SHOW , NO LIFT YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR BAGS BY YOUR SELF UPSTAIRS ON A VERY NARROW STAIRS , NO LOBBY ONLY ONE OLD MAN WHO IS THE MANNAGER AND THE STUFF . NO DOUBLE BED ONLY SINGLE BEDS ARE AVAILABLE THE WHOLE HOTEL CONTAINS 5 SINGLE RROMS ONLY NO MORE . ITS LESS THAN 1 STAR ITS NOT A HOTEL ITS A MOTEL . THEY DIDNOT GIVE US SHOWER GEL OR HAIR SHAMPOO EXCEPT AFTER ONE DAY . THE HOUSE KEEPER IS OLD AND SHE ASKED US TO LEAVE OUR ROOM EVERY MORNING TO CLEAN IT IN A VERY RUDE WAY EVEN SHE SHOUTS ON OUR CHILDREN TO LEAVE THE ROOM AT 10 AM . JUST KEEP AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL

Konaklamamız genel olarak kötü geçti. Oda kesinlikle resimlerde lanse edildiği gibi değildi. Balkonlu olduğu belirtilmiş ama balkonsuz bir odada kalmaya mecbur edildik. Otelcilik iğrenç bir sistem olarak kabul etmeme neden oldu. Dürüstlüğün ayaklar altına alındığının sistematik örneğini hotels.com işbirliği ile çok açık görebiliyorsunuz. Bunları sürdürebilen bir yapıdan umutsuz olmak gayet doğal. Açıkçası asla önermeyeceğim bir hoteldir. Lütfen konaklama hizmeti sunanların doğruluklarını gözden geçirin. İnsanlar oraya gidip umduğunu bulmadığı durumlarda hotel yetkilileri ile kavga pozisyonuna düşmek istemiyor. O nedenle haklarını talep edemiyor. Buradan bu yorumları yapıyoruz ama aslolan çözüm olmalı. Böyle kötü ve yanıltıcı konaklama hizmeti verenlere yaptırımınız olmalı. Aksi durumda buna ortak olmakla evrensel hukuka aykırı davranmış olursunuz.

Tam bir fiyasko. İnternet sayfasında gösterilen oda ile verilen oda farklı. Dört kişilik oda alıp üstüste 4 kişi 12 metrekarede yaşadık. Doğru düzgün açıklama bile yapılmadı. Türk turizminin nereye gittiği sunulan hizmetten anlaşılıyor.

Outstanding Staff, close to Everything

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and made sure they knew my name and greeted me whenever I was around. It is a unique hotel in an old renovated space, close to all the main sights of Sultanahmet and transportation. My only qualm is that there was not great sound isolation but that's also a nice way to experience a city as well!

Brillient Hotel Great location and Great Manager

The hotel is in a very good location, close to all of the attractions and the Blue Mosque, very nice terrace with views of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The Hotel Manager is a very kind person and very helpful. Helped all the way and was available to answer any questions we had. Hotel room was cleaned daily and the rooms are nice and cosy with great views.

Right inbetween Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet mosque!

Great place, nice and cosy! Great service, staff is great, free breakfast was awesome and we were treated really well. Owner is really nice and welcoming and always there to help.

Great hotel right in the center of sultanahmed, 3 minutes from Haggia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The hotel is right above several restaurants and shops. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so you must climb up and down a circular stairway down to the reception desk and up to your room. The staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel offered good value in an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Istanbul.

Good small hotel next to Hagia Sophia

Small hotel, but very well situated, very close to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. There is no elevator, but the very friendly staff helped us to carry the luggage. Nice room, decorated in kind of Turkish style, and roof terrace with excellent views of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Good breakfast, and excellent ratio quality/price. In addition, they arranged us an affordable and very efficient private transfer to the airport.

Nice little hotel in great location.

Great little hotel, a bit tricky to find at first (as up a side street off main road) but very close to Cisterns, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque etc. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Recommend!

Mahtava viikonloppu Istanbulissa

Vietimme juuri mahtavan viikonlopun Istanbulissa. Majoituimme mainiossa hotelli Kervanissa, joka sijaitsi kirjaimellisesti keskellä vanhan kaupungin upeimpia nähtävyyksiä. Hagia Sofia näkyi hotellihuoneestamme, ja Sininen moskeija terassilta. Kervan on sympaattinen viiden huoneen hotelli, joka ei rappujen takia sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Huoneemme sijaitsi hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa. Huone oli todella siisti ja tilava, wifikin toimi (paitsi hitaammin ilta-aikaan). Aamiainen nautittiin hotellin viereisessä kahvila Omarissa. Ainoa miinus sijainnissa oli varhaisaamun rukouskutsut, joita tosin ei voi Istanbulissa välttää. :) We spent a lovely weekend in Istanbul. Hotel was literally situated in the middle of the main attractions, and it was easy to find. Our room was clean and spacious, and had amazing view towards Hagia Sofia. Breakfast in the cafe Omar next door was excellent, and service was really friendly. Area was really peaceful during night time, only early in the morning you could not avoid hearing islamic prayer calls. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone with physical impairments, due to the stairs.

Trevligt och bra litet hotell med fantastiskt läge

Ett mycket trevligt hotell alldeles intill Hagia Sofia i hjärtat av det klassiska Konstantinopel/Istanbul. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost. Vi är helnöjda och kommer själva att återkomma.

Todo lo que pueda decir del hotel se quedará corto, inmejorable situación (vistas desde la habitación y la terraza a Santa Sofía y Mezquita Azul, cisterna a 5 minutos y Topkapi a 10 minutos a pie), desayuno abundante, habitaciones limpias y sobre todo, maravilloso trato por parte del dueño. Tuvimos un problema con las maletas durante nuestra conexión (se quedaron en París) y gracias al dueño del hotel conseguimos solucionar el problema, el trato fue inmejorable y no podemos estar más agradecidos. Cuando volvamos nos quedaremos en el mismo hotel sin dudarlo.
