Unique hotel situated in a country club with very friendly and helpful staff, notably at the front desk. Food quality is also excellent.

A quick getaway and a round of golf
Overly if was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The workout facilities was great and grounds were breathtaking. The only thing was the room was not as cold as we would of like it so was a bit uncomfortable sleeping.

In general, everything is beautiful But there is a problem. The music is annoying from 20:00 to 23:59 We hear the party sound in the room

Room was perfect. Restaurant service horrible food medium ( could be much better considering the fees) and big minus for no room service at night after 10.

Very courteous staff. Responsive and proactive. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful with wonderful gardens, Golf courses. The air conditioning system can be better as it was a bit difficult to make it work. That is minor however in comparison to the high quality service, room settings and the serenity of the place

The property itself was lovely. We picked it out for an overnight layover returning from Cape Town as it was one of the closest properties to the new airport. We had great difficulty meeting the shuttle driver they arranged at the airport, as well as communication directly with the hotel setting it up. Very few people in Turkey speak English. The employees at the restaurant and the golf shop were unfriendly and made no effort to be helpful.

My husband and I wanted to take a short break and spend our wedding anniversary at Kemer Country Hotel, we needed some relaxation. The physical features of the hotel are impeccable. The problems stem from the human factor. The management, front office is very amateurish and are not aware of the importance of customer satisfaction. You certainly do not feel like a guest. We checked in on a closed on Monday. The pool was one of the sole reasons for our choice of this hotel. We were shocked. No apologies, no freebies, not even a smile: nothing. We ate at the restaurant on our first night, the head waiter was great, he was abe to create a table for us, but apart from him, the waiters were impartial and some of them really smelled. They forgot to bring my husband's main course, when we reminded them, it became apparent that they had not even put in the order. Back at the room, we tried to go online and my husband's lap top would not connect. They sad the IT guy would arrive in the morning, when the morning came, we were told that he was on holiday. On Monday, three different personelle told us that we could use the pool after 1 pm and this was also written in our room. When we went to the pool at 3 pm, we met with the maintenance guys and were chased away. Finally, as we were leaving the hotel, we were told to wait so that they could check the minibar. I thing that this is very rude considering we paid over USD 200 per night.

Doğada bisiklet sürmek ve yürümek dışında güzel otel
Otel saklı bir cennet içerisinde.Herşey güzel.Ancak etrafınızdaki doğa içinde yürümek başıboş köpek sürüleri nedeniyle mümkün değil.Otelde 2 gün konakladık yürüyüş yapmayı planlamıştık ancak 10 12 köpekten oluşan değişik bölgelerde birkaç grub köpek sürüsü nedeniyle otel etrafından ayrılamadık.
