Our second time here and even six years later, the property is just as great, properly maintained over that time. And top tier service from staff especially from our main hotel manager,Ufuk. Stayed about 5 days at the Jazz hotel. Check in was super easy and the staff was very accommodating. Being someone who didn’t know the area or spoke Turkish the front desk was able to help me out with all the question I had. The room was exactly what I expected from the images. It was clean and quite. The location was great, step out the front door and you’re in walking distance of good places to eat and shopping. Streets were clean and not sketchy. Also the front desk was able to accommodate a ride to the airport at a fair price.

My stay at Jazz Otel was absolutely fantastic, and this is largely due to the wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile and a helpful attitude. A special shout-out to mrs. Elif and sir Ufuk, who were particularly helpful during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you truly feel valued as a guest. The staff at Jazz Otel make all the difference and ensure that your stay is a wonderful experience.

First off the staff at this hotel were excellent. They were able to help me out a lot as I was checked in pre & post surgery. The rooms are nice. The only issue is sound insulation you can hear everything from outside whether it be people talking in the street, motor bikes, cars, dance music from nearby clubs. You will need a set of ear plugs to get any kind of sleep. The location is walkable to osmenbey metro 5m and into nisantasi luxury shopping area about 10m.

Highly recommended

Very good experience of my stay in Jazz hotel. Room was spacious and clean with walk in closet. Excellent bed. Shower and bathroom spotless. Located in a quiet area 5 min walk from center of Istanbul and main shopping street and the Lotus shopping mall. Public transport 5-8 min walk. Local restaurants in small streets with friendly service where the locals eat. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it. I did not opt for hotel breakfast but went to local restaurants or to the Lotus mall short 200 m. away with several options. Common area for guests in reception is small so don´t expect to hang out there. Worth your money = 5/5.

A perfect small hotel in the heart of Istanbul

My son and I stayed for 11 days. There are many positive things about Jazz boutique hotel. It's in the middle of downtown with access to all shops around: restaurants, hairdressers etc. The walk is almost flat to add to the convenience. At the hotel you're met with smiley helpful staff who can speak English like Eren. The room was very clean with everything you would need: a safe, a fridge, gair dryer, slippers, toileteries, a kettle with tea, coffee and water bottles that are refreshed on daily basis, and bed linen was clean and fresh. I needed more pillows and I was provided with no hassle. Housekeeping is on demand and prompt. They provide breakfast on extra charge and they use nice porcelain and cutlery. Everone was friendly and I would specially like to thank Eren and Yeliz. I will definitely book in this lovely hotel for my next trip to Istanbul.

Guys this was an awful experience at this property, the “ woman” staff is extremely rude, the area starting from entrance door of the hotel and all around the hotel is a whole mess, constructions and much more, it was terrible! had to leave somewhere else for the rest of the stay!

Bon hôtel en général. Trés bonne salle de bain, Un petit bémol pour la litterie ( matelas et oreiller ) et l'odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre.
