Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul

"Hotel was overall good. It passes as a five star, may be one in turkey but not so much in North America so attention to that is important to manage your expectations. Hotel itself is extremely expensive when it comes to meals and drinks even for North American standards. The cleaning staff were very helpful, making the rooms clean on a daily and very promptly. Restaurant staff left a lot to desire as was very hard to order food and order drinks. And this was a general result of the weight staff at all restaurants on premise. The spa is extremely nice. And the gym is really big and useful. They also have free classes for yoga. One thing though is that you do feel very safe coming into this hotel as they have a security checkpoint and metal detectors for anybody that walks into the hotel premise. The hotel is in the street that is kind of small so if you have to leave the hotel for meetings or events, plan ahead as it may take a little bit of time to get a bigger taxi. Smaller taxis which they call yellow taxis are relatively fast as they have a taxi station just outside the hotel."

"I recently stayed at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti with my family, and once again we had a wonderful experience. This was my sixth time staying at the hotel, and it continues to be a place I genuinely enjoy returning to. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdul Kadir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. He kindly upgraded us to rooms with access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. What particularly stood out was Abdul Kadir’s excellent attitude and genuine hospitality. He was always approachable, attentive and happy to help, and he made sure that my family and I were well looked after and comfortable. His friendliness and professionalism really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was, as always, beautiful and comfortable, and the level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to return to Hilton Bomonti. After six stays, I can confidently say that the consistently welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff make it feel very special. A big thank you to Abdul Kadir and the Hilton Bomonti team for making our family stay so enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning again. Parmis"

"There were no real amenities. It was a clean comfortable room, in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was a residential area, NOT a tourist destination. The staff were very helpful, professional and pleasant."
