I enjoyed my stay up until the point my girlfriend and I went swimming. She was asked to put on a cap,no problem. The pool attendant said it would be 90 lira for the cap,again no problem. When we got ready to leave the pool the attendant was told that I would bring the lira to him but insisted on following us to the room to collect the money, UNBELIEVABLE! I can afford to stay in a $275 a night room for five nights but was not considered to be trustworthy enough to return to the pool with 90 lira. That one employee made me decide to not stay at that hotel again! That was very, very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the guest. Obviously the person was never given customer service training!
