This is not a 4* hotel, not by European standards anyway. The room is dated with cracked walls, dirt accumulated in the corners and decor still in place from the 70s. They do not provide complementary bottles of water or anything in the room. They were rude to us when we asked as we thought housekeeping had forgotten to do it. Breakfast is limited and mostly cooked dinner food, not a continental buffet in sight. Reception do not provide any information on check in except to provide brochures on tours to be purchased. The hotel is on a busy dual carriage way, making it noisy. Views are good if you're facing the road so have to put up with the noise. The upside is, it is within 5 minute walking distance of Galata tower. Check outbwas straightforward but the concierge didn't take our bags out to the car when we declined their offer to go with a taxi 'friend' of theirs. It was fine, nothing special, served a purpose but should be rated as 2* on Expedia for accuracy of what you're getting, rather than assumption that it is cheaper because it is further away from the key tourist sights.

staff and receptionists they care only how to take money from you . as example if you ask for small upgrade while hotel is empty and now one in the online it cost 5 dollars he will ask for 20 € why you tell him online is cheaper he will will till you ok then 5 € , if you tell him it is 5 $ he will insist to take by € . if want to invite friend to have coffee in your room not allowed he will ask for extra money. cleaners are so kind and polite top management are good there are lady from Greece ask about here she is good you can 3easy talk with here more respectful than turk staff

Bellboy bizi odamıza kadar eşlik bile etmedi elimize giriş kartını verdi ve gitti odamızı değiştirmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde bize elimizde olan bu beğenmiyorsanız teknik servis çağıralım gibi cümleler kurdu bu paraya bu kadar siz çok uyguna gelmişsiniz gibi kendi çapında aşağılayıcı cümleler kullandı. Temizliği ve odaları güzel fakat hizmet çalışanlar çok kötüydü.

positiv: Personal ist bemüht negativ: Zustand Zimmer ist ungenügend, laut, stinkt, 1.OG Zimmer nicht empfehlenswert, ab 3-4 Uhr schon Lärm aus der Küche zu hören, Türen werden auf und zugeschlagen, Lüftung Klima hat nicht funktioniert, nur Heizfunktion, Zigarettengestank aus der Heizungsnlage Badezimmer Rahmen verrostet, Decken und Wände verschimmelt, Bad insgesamt alt und wirkt dreckig, Innenpool: Umkleide Schränke ekelig dreckig, WC ekelig lag überall Müll herum, Dusche ekelig, Schimmel schon richtig Pilze an den Wänden, Duschgarnitur ekelig, Wasser vom Pool wohl lange nicht getestet, gesamter Bereich Glasfronten unsauber sehr stark renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel, für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen...
