Very disappointing experience and customer service. I booked a “Standard Double or Twin Room, City View” through Expedia. When I arrived around 10 PM, I first asked the receptionist if they had a room available for the night, and he quoted me $65. I then told him that the same room was listed on Expedia for $57, so I booked it through Expedia instead. After I showed him my confirmed reservation, he said he couldn't see it in the system and made me wait. After long wait, he suddenly said there was no room available and that he would send us to another hotel. I refused because I had a confirmed reservation. After another 10-15 minutes, he finally gave me a room. The customer service throughout this process was very poor. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Instead of simply checking me in and providing the room I had booked, I felt like I was being made to wait and my patience was being tested. The room also did not match what was advertised on Expedia as a “City View” room. The windows faced the inside/adjacent part of the building, and the room looked completely different from the advertised photos. The room was also very small and, in my opinion, felt more like an economy or budget room. I had just arrived after a long flight and was exhausted, so I didn't want to argue further. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially because of the poor customer service and the way my confirmed reservation was handled.

Cet hébergement se trouve dans un quartier populaire et trés actif. Il y a plusieurs épicerie et des restaurants modestes. Le quartier est très bruyant avec un grand boulevard avec 2 x 3 voies. Le matin, il y a les livraisons de tous les petits commerces. La nuit les restaurants ouvrent jusqu'à 3h00. Il y a une station de métro de la ligne verte à 5 minutes mais le boulevard este dangereux a traverser. Chambre propre mais avec un décor et des équipements a mettre au goût du jour. Le personnel est disponible jour et nuit. La voirie du quartier a besoin d'une rénovation complète; la voirie est en mauvaise état et les trottoirs en très mauvais état et dangereux. Le prix des chambres est très économique mais cet hôtel ne convient pas pour des clients âgés ou des enfants en poussette.

Toilet was not cleaned. Room was very small and cramped. The spare duvet in the wardrobe was not clean; it had a very bad smell. The room we had on the first floor was directly across from a restaurant so everybody could see into our room which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The hotel is situated on a very busy street with lots of noise. The ac was very weak. The only good thing was the WiFi.
