Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our visit. The front-desk staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful when we needed assistance or information.

Great staff, suites/amenities need improvment

The staff are great: helpful, kind, courteous, professional, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants, but the hotel itself, the building is not on par with other Fraser Suites in other countries. The suites are smaller, kitchen utensils few and worn out, few cushions and comforters, no dryer: the washing machine works only on one cycle that doesn't dry, the television has one English channel that has only Turkish news. The owners have done a great job hiring first class staff. They should consider updating and upgrading the building and the suites. Location is far from tourist attractions and is ideal for work and relaxing. Overall, I recommend this place.

The hotel was very good. But the receptionist was not professional, during our check in he took someone behind us to make his check in first. After asking him why he is doing that and that I have small children waiting outside in the car at 01:00 o’clock in the car he replied that it was just one person and that we were 5 persons!

The location is good with a shopping mall next door. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Tayfun was very helpful as well as all other breakfast staff. Overall hotel condition was average as the room started showing signs of needing repair such as the shower tray which was bending when you stood inside it feeling like you were standing on a cloud while having a shower. Great views of Istanbul from our corner suite. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

It's an apartment, so don't expect a hotel and then be disappointed. It's a lovely space for living -- working, cooking, relaxing, and sleeping. Staff are fabulous. However, room service sucks and didn't try the breakfast. So I recommend this as a place for people looking for a space where they can just live similarly to the way they live at home. Cook your own food, order in, go out to dine, rather than expecting a hotel with the usual amenities. The amenities at Fraser Place are a full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, plenty of counter space, and a full-size refrigerator and freezer, plus a spacious living room and work area, bedroom, bathroom, and washing machine-dryer. Also a great pool and gym! Saunas and steam rooms are gender-specific, so hubs and I didn't visit them.

The hotel is very bad. The hotel management is bad. The hotel staff are thieves. They stole a large sum of money and my passport. I filed a complaint against the hotel.

I believe there should be more staff that speak English because it makes it hard to communicate. The food from the restaurant was not as much as you would expect from any 4-5 stars hotel.

Breakfast was very little, almost no basic items for breakfast, and I only went down for breakfast one morning. The swimming pool is very cold without heating and there is no service for towels and shower soap in the changing rooms and the gym. The AC was hot and they They are not interested in maintaining the air conditioning and cleaning the air filter, which causes poor cooling
