The hotel has one of the best locations in Istanbul with stunning sea views — that’s truly the highlight of the stay. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable despite being compact.
However, service is very poor and not what you would expect from such an expensive boutique hotel. It’s difficult to find anyone to assist you, and it’s not even clear who works there — no uniforms, no name tags, and the reception area is often empty. There’s no sense of concierge or hospitality service.
If you’re visiting mainly for the location and the amazing Bosphorus view, it’s definitely worth it. But if you expect warm service, luxury treatment, or professional hotel staff, this is not the right place.
