Avoid like the plague

The hotel is run down and filthy. The beds are hard and the sheets are so dry and scratchy. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We checked out early because the conditions were so bad and they refused to refund us for the nights we weren’t staying. Even though I booked a refundable room. It’s a bad hotel. Location is okay. Close to the main attractions. But the room was so bad it was terrible. We moved across town and it was much better.

Excellent location walking distance to mosques, historical sites, shopping and dining. Rooftop bar is basic but has amazing views. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in advice, booking a turkish bath for us, and changing our room when the AC was making a lot of noise. Very happy with our choice!

Me impresionó el excelente trato de la joven (no recuerdo nombre, que lástima) que nos recibió. Excelente trato, se tomó el tiempo de indicarnos en mapa lo mas relevante y como manejarnos en la ciudad. Es una persona que cualquiera desearía tener en una organización. También los muchachos muy amables y en el desayuno. El hotel en general muy recomendado, Si volviera a Estambul iría al mismo lugar, su limpieza, cuartos etc, son recomendables. Tambien su ubicación y cercanía a los sitios de interés turístico.

Geweldige service en heel vriendelijk personeel, voor mij was de locatie perfect want ik houd van drukte en gedoe op straat. Klein hotel met familiaire sfeer. Blauwe moskee en hagia Sophia op loopafstand. Het hotel, de kamers en badkamers heel schoon. Schattige katjes bovendien.

It was the best location and only 2min walk to the blue mosque and everything else. Staff was friendly however never really gave any good recommendations for anything and push to sell packages they promoted in the hotel which isn’t right as those packages are overpriced in euros. Also the room was cleaned everyday by the cleaners who never changed the sheets over the 5days we stayed. Lastly walls are super thin and we could there Lot if noise from the corridor at 3/4am At night

Amazing view! We had the suite on the top floor and it was very peaceful and beautiful with a view of the mosque on one side and a view of the sea on the other. Great value for the price. Service was excellent. Only complaint is the internet was very slow and at times unusable from our room. It was better from the lobby.

2 kişi bu otel de konakladık,ilk odamızı 1gece sonra değiştirmek zorunda kaldık,yatağın telleri resmen vücudumuza battı ve banyonun banyo yaptıktan sonra su için de kalması hoş değildi.2.oda biraz daha büyüktü orda da banyo sorunluydu duş kabininden yine dışarı su taşması ve yağmur yağınca banyo ve odaya su damlaması da ayrıca hoş değildi otelin büyük bir tamirata ihtiyacı var.Resepsiyon ve kahvaltı bölümü personelleri çok samimi ve güler yüzlüler orda bir sıkıntı yok.Yanliz kahvaltı 7 gün boyunca hiç değişmedi her şey bol çeşit çok fakat değişim yok.Sultan Ahmet meydanına yürüme mesafesi 5 dakika.Biz metro dışında hiç bir araç kullanmadık yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşım kolay.

Hotel propre et petit dejeuner correcte endroit bien placé a cote de la mosquée bleue. Par contre attention pour un soit disant hotel 4 étoiles decu :tout les petites bouteilles d'eau chargés ds le mini réfrigérateur au quotidien sont payantes pas compris..de plus.notre chambre etait petite et a coté du chemin de fer juste derriere notre lit.passage de train et en plus pas d'ascenseur de notre côté section gauche. .on a remarqué que les belles chambres ds sections droite avait 1 ascenseur (fournit aux differents type clients que je n'ose meme pas le dire) bref ce nest pas normal) Et attention a la vente des différentes activites a l'accueil des votre arrivée il vous propose balade en bateau..soiree..sortie etc en multipliant prix par 2 et 3...si vous souhaitez faire des sorties allez surplace.

Förtjänar inte en enda stjärna!

Otrevliga personal bodde reception och service, stämmer inte med incheckning som stor på webbsidan "dygnet runt" fick alternativ att betala 30 eu på plats om jag ville checka in direkt kl.07:00 när jag kom fram.Kalt på lobbyn samt mat plats, mögel på vägar i rummet och badrummet sängen helt förstådda har blå märke i låret.Rekommenderas inte!!!
