I booked a balcony room which wasn’t then available. Room was in loft with barley and opening window. Room was grubby, fridge not plugged on or clean. Would not recommend or stay again.

When I did the reservation, I checked one adult instead of 2 adults, usually it is the same price for a regular hotel room. At checking in , the hotel manager wanted to charge me €35 extra for an additional guest. The room he gave us was in the basement with small window and no WiFi even though 90% of the rooms were available at that night.

Sıkıntılarımız check-in yaparken başladı. Nakit veya havale-eft yapmamız konusunda baskı yaptılar. Sebebini zaten biliyorsunuz. Normal postan temassız çekmek istediğinizde %12 vergi kesmek istiyorlar. Yani kendi vergilerini sizden talep ediyorlar.
