接近凌晨到的伊斯坦布尔，预定了酒店的接机，酒店人员很热情，地理位置也很好，距离景点非常之近，酒店的外景可以看到博斯普鲁斯海峡和清真寺，非常棒。

To have dinner or breakfast in the roof with the great view outside the window, the blue Mosque and the sea was my favorites in the Turkey. The hotel is small but very good location.

Amazing location, shops were more affordable around the area. Right infront of the blue mosque. Delicious restaurants on the side street. Lovely host Mr hakem was very kind and welcoming. Room service could've been better as i noticed the bed sheets were not changed for 2 days. However that doesn't make a difference to the overall hotel. It was very lovely and comfortable and everything else what a walking distance.

Amazing location of the hotel, in nearest distance to the Blue Mosque; extremely friendly staff; especially Mesut from the reception took a good time to give advise and recommendations for visiting by our own the environment. He was very kind all the time and gave us excellent support during our stay. Many thanks for this ! Highly recommend accommodation.

Location, location location: this hotel is right on the spot where the ancient hippodrome used to be and 5 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia and all the action. Plenty of eating options very close by. The hotel is busy - even in the low season. There are a few issues: first - and most importantly - the 'standard' rooms are not all equal. The first room we were put in was small and basic and a twin despite us having requested a double bed. We complained and they 'upgraded' us to a 'standard' room which was bigger with a double bed on a higher floor. So, if you book a 'standard' room you could end up with a small twin. The second issue is related to this: they don't seem to take the VIP status seriously. I really had to push for a better room. To their credit, they did deliver it. But I felt like they were doing us a big favour. The third issue is the distinct lack of welcome when you arrive. A small point, but reception really doesn't seem to care. (When we arrived they.offeted a welcome drink which never arrived). No one offers to assist with you bags. Basically, you're on your own. All of that said, the location is fantastic.and the rooms are warm and clean. The room staff are exceptional and make up somewhat for the reception staff. Breakfast is standard Turkish and crowded. But overall, a pleasant stay in a clean, functional hotel.

A little gem perfectly placed for sightseeing

Hotel is in an excellent position for sightseeing being opposite the Blue Mosque and very close to Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. The room was fine if a little small. No where to leave a suitcase open and there was no chair to use the desk for writing or applying makeup! However, the staff were very helpful and we did enjoy our stay.

イスタンブール旧市街に泊まるなら最適のホテルです

ブルーモスクが窓から正面に見える部屋に泊まりました。景色はとてもよく、特に最上階にある朝食会場から見える朝の景色は、左手にブルーモスク、右にアヤソフィアが見えて圧巻でした！ フロントの方もとても親切に対応してくれます。分からないことは丁寧に答えてくれますし、観光クルーズや空港移動のためのタクシーも手配してくれて楽ちんでした。 旧市街に泊まるなら、立地もサービスもとても良く、おすすめのホテルだと思います（疲れた時に少し休みに帰ることができました◎） ただ朝は７時半ごろからイスラム教のお祈り放送があるので、音に敏感な方は避けた方が良いかもしれません。 私たちの家族は比較的気にせずに寝れるタイプですが、３泊した中での1泊目はさすがに放送で目が覚めてしまいました。 しかし一日に数回街で放送が行われるため耳が慣れて、2日目以降はほとんど気づかずに眠ることができました。

We stayed at Terra Cave Hotel for 3 nights at the end of November and we loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and all the tours we did while we were in the area. Breakfast was great, with omelettes made fresh on order. Location is close to the centre of the town and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in 5 mins. We only stayed for two days but we had a great experience in the short time we were there.

L' hotel non ha tradito le mie aspettative. Atmosfera di altri tempi e posizione fantastica, proprio sull'ippodromo. È nel cuore di Sultanhamet. La colazione potrebbe migliorare, ma come spuntino mattutino va bene. La tv non ha canali internazionali, ma non si va ad Istanbul per guardare la tv..... Lo straconsiglio!

Great place to stay, place was clean and nice, did have trouble one night with the AC but it came on by itself after I quit hitting all the buttons. Had an amazing view from our room which made it even more memorable.
